Terms of service.
By booking a detail with Pristine Mobile Detail LLC you agree to the following terms:
1. Services Provided
Pristine Mobile Detailing agrees to provide the detailing services to the Customer at the scheduled location.
2. Payment Terms
The total cost of service is stated on the website unless otherwise communicated by an authorized representative of Pristine Mobile Detail LLC and agreed upon by customer. Payment is due within 24 hours of completed service. If payment is not received within 24 hours, a late fee of $25 will be added to the total every day that the invoice is outstanding.
3. Liability Waiver
The Customer agrees that Pristine Mobile Detail LLC shall not be held liable for any damage that occurs to the vehicle during the detailing process, except in cases of gross negligence. The Customer acknowledges that they are solely responsible for any personal items left in the vehicle.
4. Customer Obligations
The Customer agrees to provide access to the vehicle and must ensure that the vehicle is parked in a safe location for detailing. The Customer must inform Pristine Mobile Detail LLC of any outstanding issues with the vehicle.
5. Water and Power Use
The Customer agrees to allow the use of water and a source of power.
6. Marketing use
The Customer agrees to allow the use of photos and videos of their vehicle for online use in regard to marketing. The company will not share confidential information such as license plate information and address.
7. Terms and Conditions
By booking a detail, the Customer acknowledges that they have read and understood the terms and conditions herein. The Customer agrees to comply with all the terms of this Agreement.
