Frequently Asked Questions
What vehicles do you service?
We service just about every vehicle ranging from ATV’s to private jets. The scheduling and pricing process varies quite a bit from vehicle to vehicle, but no matter the vehicle, we are able to make it look brand new again.
Are the prices on your service page exact?
The short answer is no. These are the average prices for your standard mid-size car but for any other vehicle, we will connect with you via text, email or in-person consultation to give you an exact price.
How quickly will you be able to schedule me?
It depends on the vehicle that you are inquiring about. For most vehicles that are pickup truck size or smaller we will be able to schedule you within a week. For larger vehicles like RV’s, private jets and semi trucks, it will likely be around two weeks before we are able to schedule you.
Are the chemical that you use toxic?
All of the chemicals that we use are non-toxic and eco friendly. We always recommend that you leave your windows rolled down for 2-4 hours as a precaution because sometimes the smell of certain chemicals can be overwhelming.
Can you remove scratches from my paint?
We do offer an add-on service for paint restoration. Depending on the size, depth and amount of scratches, the price may vary or we will refer you to a body shop that can more adequately remove paint damage.
Can you remove mold?
Yes we can remove mold. There is an additional fee depending on the amount of mold because we do have to take extra precautions and use specialized equipment.
Where do you service?
Our main service areas are Knox, Hamblen and Jefferson county but for an additional travel fee we do serve anywhere in East Tennessee.
Can you remove any stain?
We do have specialized equipment that is used for removing stains from plastics and carpets but we do not guarantee 100% stain removal. At a minimum we do get the majority of the stain out but depending on how long it has been there and what caused the stain some stains are irreversible, but this is very unlikely.
Why is maintenance detailing important?
First and foremost maintenance detailing is important to help retain resell value in your vehicles. Secondly, detailing helps prevent or slow down the natural wear and tear on your vehicle. Lastly, regular detailing helps prevent the buildup of germs and allergens and keeps you and your passengers happy and healthy.
Are you hiring?
Yes. We are always looking for motivated workers to help improve our business and customer satisfaction. If you are interested in working with us, our current job opportunities are: part-time detailer and part or full-time salesperson. For any job inquiries reach out to the owners at either isaac@pristinedetailllc.com or ethan@pristinedetailllc.com.
How long will my detail take?
For the average car we estimate that a full interior and exterior detail will take between 2 and 4 hours to complete depending on the current condition of the vehicle. For larger vehicles it ranges from 4 hours to 2 days depending on the current condition and size of the vehicle.
Do you have a brick and mortar location?
We do not currently have an actual location because we find that most people don’t have the time to sit around a shop and wait for their vehicle to be complete. We service office buildings, homes, airports and anywhere else we may need to go though!
